The Service
Sirkl is a private group communication app. You must be 13 or older to use it.

Your Account
You are responsible for activity in your account. Keep your credentials secure.
‍

Subscriptions

• Creating your first Sirkl requires a $29.99/year subscription
• Additional Sirkls are $9.99 each, one-time purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds except as required by law

Content
You own your content. By posting it you grant Sirkl a license to display it to your group members. You may not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability
Sirkl is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.

Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
‍

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Delete Account
To delete your Sirkl account, open the app, go to your profile, and tap Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted.
